Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Valens Beauty (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We aim to provide a reliable shopping experience and clear return and refund rules. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1) Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The return request is submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The product is in resellable condition (not damaged by the customer)

  • Proof of purchase is provided (order number or invoice)


2) Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used skincare, cosmetics, or personal care items

  • Items with broken seals or missing original packaging

  • Clearance or final-sale items (if marked as non-refundable at time of purchase)

  • Gift cards (if applicable)


3) How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include the following:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (required if the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective)

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping.


4) Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to an incorrect item sent by us, a defective item, or damage during shipping, we will cover the return shipping costs (subject to verification).


5) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos.

Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement (subject to stock availability), or

  • Full refund to the original payment method


6) Refunds (Processing Time)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after inspection

  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account


7) Exchanges

We may offer exchanges depending on product availability. If you want an exchange, mention it in your email request. If an exchange is not available, a refund will be processed (if eligible).


8) Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not been processed or shipped.
