Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for shopping with Valens Beauty. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1) Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are processed Sunday–Thursday (excluding public holidays).

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

Please note: During peak seasons, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


2) Shipping Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Domestic shipping: Typically 2–5 business days

  • International shipping (if available): 5–10 business days

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout once you enter your address.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


3) Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight

  • Shipping method selected

Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.


4) Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if tracking is available for your selected shipping method).

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment directly with the carrier.


5) Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

Valens Beauty is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses

If an order is returned to us due to address errors, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.


6) Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.


7) Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost:

  • Provide your order number and tracking information

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and provide a resolution where possible.


8) Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the package and product

We will review your case and provide a suitable solution.
